Who Owns the Earth?

Who signed the first deed to the Earth?
Who purchased the first mountain?
Who sold the first river?
Who claimed ownership of the sky or the oceans?

No one.

The Earth existed long before borders, governments, corporations, currencies, or legal titles. It has always been the shared home of humanity and countless forms of life.

Perhaps our greatest misunderstanding is believing that we own the Earth. In truth, we are its caretakers. Each generation receives this planet not as a possession to exploit, but as a sacred trust to protect, restore, and pass on with wisdom and gratitude.

Our legacy will not be measured by how much land we claimed, but by how faithfully we cared for the living world and one another.

We do not inherit the Earth from the past, we hold it in trust for the future.
